景色絕佳的景觀飯店 設施完善有健身房 泳池 洗衣間 房間內還有電磁爐可以微波食物 離吉隆坡塔跟KLCC都很近 走路可到 不只泳池可以直接看到吉隆坡塔跟KLCC 連房間都可以 非常棒 美中不足的是浴室沒有蓮蓬頭只有花灑式淋浴 要洗身體部位某些比較不方便 還有寄放行李要另外收錢 基本上是瑕不掩瑜的優質住宿飯店

Overall a very good experience. The room is clean and spacious, it has well-maintained amenities inside and all of it is working properly. Even the service is fast, the room keypad was not working and the staff quickly fixed it. Just for suggestion, please add fragrance in the bathroom and add cleaning tools (example like broom, trash bag) that will boost guest experience if the guest stays longer night. If you’re looking for a big room, nice view this one is for you!

Останавливались на 2 суток. Были первый раз в Куала-Лумпур. Отель выбирала по отзывам.Хотелось остановится в отеле с красивым видом, бассейном и в тоже время в более менее тихом месте, за разумную цену. Отель понравился. Интерьер номера- милый. Жили на 25 этаже. С видом на небоскрёбы. На этом же этаже располагался общая зелёная трасса с круглыми гамаками. Очень мило и отличный вид бассейн на 37 этаже маловат. Народа поменьше рано утром и полотенца есть тоже только рано утром . Отличный двух этажный спорт зал с прекрасным видом га город. На 39 этаже зона с садом, где можно поtсидеть и , покушать и сфотографироваться. На крыше есть кафе с коктейлями. Но оно грязноввто.Есть кафе с завтраками на более низком этаже( им не пользовались) на 1 этаже есть магазин с необходимыми мелочами. В номере не было стиральной машины, но был утюг с гладильной доской. Одним словом ,отель и его расположение мне понравились. Очень близко в шаговой доступности KL tower.Дошли пешком с удовольствием и без проблем.Улица с барами и развлечениями находится в 7-10 минутах ходьбы. В районе отеля тихо и зелено.Персонал доброжелательный народа проживает много. Периодически долго ждать лифт.Для остановки на 2-4 дня отель вполне подойдёт. При остановке на дольше и с маленькими детьми я бы поискала что - то другое.

第二次再度選擇Ceylonz suites作為這次連假的staycation 🥰 地點依舊深得我心，無論Pavilion，KLCC或茨場街，不用開車避免塞車的狀況，步行就能到達的距離（15-20分鐘）。

Room very big and swimming pool is very nice view . But feel like a bit controlling from some one . Not too so free haha . And someone who are sitting in the chair he is not too friendly I thought they worries we use so many towels haha . The face lice like we have to scare them 🥴🥴. Every thing is ok but this point is not fun . So down feeling 🫩🫩

I chose this hotel because of the exceptional views at an affordable price and within a decent distance from the city centre. I loved my stay here, they have a gym, a infinity pool with stunning view and the room I stayed in was a studio with fully equipped kitchen, including a stove hub, microwave, fridge and freezer combination. The room is quiet and you can't hear any noise from the hallway, or the traffic outside(that is on the 28th floor). I also enjoyed an evening on the 37th floor, where you can find the pool and bar and restaurant. The food was nice, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The only thing that struck me was the cockroaches in the city and also in the hotel. It would be best to clean the rooms more often, since no cleaning was done for my 3 nights stay. Also the towels were not replaced, during my stay.

Tutto bellissimo, hotel, posizione, piscina e vista pazzesca. Unico “neo” è che non ti fanno la pulizia della camera giornaliera e ti consegnano solo un asciugamano. Gli asciugamani per la piscina sono limitati e bisogna richiederli prima che finiscano

入住19樓三人房，飯店位置很好，到哪裡都方便，無邊際泳池的景也很好（可看到吉隆坡塔及雙峰塔），但泳池水超級髒！ 這是一個每層樓有不同屋主的飯店（Airbnb?），櫃檯無法做任何有效的決定。純就房間及服務，真的非常糟糕，第一天22:30左右入住看到三四隻蟑螂、床單髒汙、枕頭套有異味、浴室排水慢。向櫃檯表達想換房間，換了29樓的房間，一打開房沙發的枕頭又有汙漬，且是雙人房根本無法入住，三人又拖著行李回到19樓，來來回回時間已近凌晨一點。 隔天飯店表示會遵照指示打掃，並提供早餐賠償，實際回到飯店只是把髒床單鋪整齊，且房間多了濃厚屎味，開窗許久才散去。 四天的住宿期間一直表達想換房，訂房網站客服也非常盡心聯繫，但飯店方聯繫不到屋主，整趟旅程因為房間協調浪費許多時間，心情大受影響。如果只是想看景應該有更好的飯店選擇，建議不要花錢受氣。

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and equipped with all the basic amenities. Can view KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers from the infinity pool.
